-Job Description:
• Handle and lead the team of service engineer (2/3)
• Identify, analyze, and resolve vehicle problems effectively
• Perform regular maintenance, service tasks, and vehicle inspections.
• Offer technical assistance and guidance to customers and service personnel.
• Manage warranty-related claims and keep accurate service documentation.
• Visit customer locations for repairs and assessments as needed.
• Adhere to safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
• Support the training of mechanics and technicians on emerging technologies.
• Work closely with R&D and Quality teams to report and address recurring issues.
• Keep up with advancements in automotive technology and industry best practices
