*Experience: 5 Years of experience as a production manager or relevant position
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Planning & Execution
Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and inventory needs.
Ensure timely and efficient production to meet output targets without compromising on quality.
Monitor production KPIs and drive performance improvements.
2. Team Management
Lead, train, and supervise production line staff, supervisors, and technicians.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
Ensure workforce planning aligns with production requirements.
3. Quality Assurance
Work closely with the Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to maintain product standards.
Implement quality management systems and ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP standards.
Investigate and resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
4. Health, Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and enforce safe working procedures.
Liaise with internal and external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
5. Process & Cost Optimization
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Manage production costs and assist in budget planning.
Use Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies for process improvement.
6. Inventory & Resource Management
Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure availability of raw materials and packaging.
Monitor and control use of materials to minimize losses and downtime.
7. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate production reports, downtime logs, and shift performance records.
Present daily/weekly/monthly reports to senior management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of FMCG production processes and equipment.
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, or Kaizen.
Proficiency in production planning and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in food, beverage, personal care, or household product manufacturing preferred.
Working Conditions:
Factory environment; requires working in shifts if needed.
Fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
May require occasional weekend or extended hours based on production demands.
