*Education: Bachelor in engineering/food tech or relevant position
*Experience: 5-6 Years of experience as a Plant/Production Head/Supervisor or relevant position
-Key Responsibilities
• Oversee raw material receiving, quality checks, and finished product assurance.
• Manage plant operations, documentation, inventory, and manpower.
• Implement and review SOPs, ensure regulatory compliance (DFTQC, statutory).
• Coordinate with Sales for demand forecasting, production, and stocking.
• Monitor plant P&L, expenses, projections, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Drive efficiency, process improvements, and equipment implementation.
• Ensure machinery safety checks, audits, and compliance standards.
• Lead, train, and develop plant team for productivity and performance.
