*Experience: 3-4 years of experience as a warehouse manager or relevant position in relevant industry
-Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inbound, storage, order picking, outbound, and inventory control.
Lead, train, and manage a team of warehouse staff, including supervisors, forklift operators, and pickers/packers.
Develop and implement warehouse procedures and processes that maximize efficiency and minimize errors.
Monitor stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory records.
Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods to meet customer and distribution timelines.
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to align supply chain activities.
Ensure compliance with health & safety, hygiene, and security regulations.
Maintain warehouse layout and space optimization to improve flow and reduce bottlenecks.
Prepare and manage warehouse budgets, KPIs, and performance reports.
Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology tools.
Handle audits, inspections, and reporting as required by internal and external stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management.
Experience with WMS and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards in warehousing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in logistics or warehouse management (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma).
Experience in lean warehousing or continuous improvement methodologies.
Work Environment:
Fast-paced, high-volume FMCG distribution environment.
On-site presence required; some weekend or extended hours may be necessary during peak periods.
