-Job Description:
* Handle and lead the team of service engineer (2/3)
* Identify, analyze, and resolve vehicle problems effectively
* Perform regular maintenance, service tasks, and vehicle inspections.
* Offer technical assistance and guidance to customers and service personnel.
* Manage warranty-related claims and keep accurate service documentation.
* Visit customer locations for repairs and assessments as needed.
* Adhere to safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
* Support the training of mechanics and technicians on emerging technologies.
* Work closely with R&D and Quality teams to report and address recurring issues.
* Keep up with advancements in automotive technology and industry best practices
