Key Responsibilities:
 Conduct market research to identify potential merchants and business opportunities.
 Develop a pipeline of prospective merchants through various channels, including cold calling,
networking, and industry events.
 Reach out to potential merchants and present the benefits of partnering with our company.
 Conduct presentations and meetings to demonstrate the value proposition of our services.
 Negotiate contract terms and agreements with merchants.
 Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements
are met.
 Provide training and support to new merchants to ensure a smooth transition.
 Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with acquired merchants to ensure long-term satisfaction and
retention.
 Monitor and analyze the performance of acquired merchants to ensure they meet business objectives.
 Provide regular reports and updates to management on merchant acquisition activities and outcomes.
 Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to align acquisition strategies with
overall business goals.
 Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve merchant acquisition processes and tools.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
 Proven experience in merchant acquisition, sales, or business development.
 Strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
 Excellent communication and presentation skills.
 Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
 Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
 Analytical skills to assess market trends and merchant performance.
 Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities
