-Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain office IT equipment and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues promptly.
• Manage IT inventory and documentation.
• Assist with network setup and support (routers, switches, etc.).
• Collaborate with the IT team on projects and system improvements.
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of hardware maintenance, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with CCTV, printers, laptops/desktops, and operating systems.
