-J.D:
– Own the end-to-end inventory strategy, ensuring raw materials and
finished goods are available without overstocking or stockouts
– Optimize storage methods and space utilization across silos, cold storage,
and warehouses, balancing efficiency with safety
– Implement data-driven controls to maintain high stock accuracy and
reduce carrying costs, using SAP or other digital tools for real-time
monitoring.
– Proactively identify trends causing inventory damage, expiry, or
obsolescence, and implement preventive measures.
– Oversee cost-effective vehicle dispatch, ensuring timely movement of
goods with minimal operational costs.
– Manage damaged and expired stock by investigating root causes and
implementing preventive measures
– Maintain real-time inventory accuracy using SAP, conducting regular
reconciliations and cycle counts.
– Lead continuous improvement initiatives in inventory processes, space
utilization, and team capability.
