*Experience: 2 years of experience as an Account Executive in any relevant Industry
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular follow-ups with merchants/clients for outstanding receivables
through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Prioritize collection efforts based on aging reports, merchant categories, and
outstanding balances.
• Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly accounts receivable aging
reports.
• Track overdue balances and ensure collections are completed within approved
credit terms.
• Categorize merchants based on risk assessment, outstanding amounts, and
activity status.
• Prepare and send tax invoices via email and arrange printed invoices when
required.
• Provide transaction data, statements, and reports to merchants as per their
requests.
• Address and resolve merchant inquiries related to payments, settlements, and
billing discrepancies.
• Perform merchant ledger reconciliation to ensure accurate and up-to-date
financial records.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Sales, Operations) to resolve collection
and settlement issues efficiently.
-Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related
field.
• Experience in accounts receivable, collections, or
finance operations.
• Good understanding of invoicing, ledger reconciliation, and aging reports.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting systems/tools.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills with merchants/clients
