*Experience: 4 years of experience as a Technical Supervisor or relevant position in poultry processing industry or relevant field

-Key Responsibilities:

Electrical & Automation Systems Management
▪ Supervise, operate, and maintain all electrical and electronic systems in the plant,
including motors, control panels, PLCs, sensors, and automation equipment.
▪ Diagnose and resolve electrical and automation-related faults to ensure uninterrupted
plant operations.
Utilities & Plant Infrastructure Oversight
▪ Oversee the operation and maintenance of boilers, Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP),
refrigeration systems, and other utility equipment.
▪ Ensure optimal functioning of utilities to support production, cold chain, and processing
requirements.
Team Leadership & Shift Management
▪ Lead and manage a team of electrical and mechanical technicians, ensuring proper work
allocation, supervision, and skill development.
▪ Supervise the technical team across multiple shifts to provide 24/7 technical support.
▪ Prepare and maintain shift rosters and adjust manpower deployment based on
operational demands.
▪ Remain available during emergencies, breakdowns, and off-hours as required
Maintenance Planning & Breakdown Management
▪ Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
and improve asset life.
▪ Lead troubleshooting and corrective maintenance activities to restore operations
promptly.
Energy Management & Cost Optimization
▪ Monitor plant energy consumption and utility usage on a regular basis.
▪ Identify energy-saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvement initiatives
to reduce operating costs.
Production & Quality Coordination
▪ Coordinate closely with production and quality teams to ensure smooth operation of
processing lines and packaging equipment.
▪ Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment performance, yield,
and product quality.

Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance
▪ Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards within
the technical function.
▪ Promote safe working practices and adherence to statutory and internal safety guidelines.
Budgeting & Spare Parts Management
▪ Prepare and manage the technical department budget, including maintenance and
capital expenditure planning.
▪ Ensure availability of critical spares, consumables, and tools to avoid operational
disruptions.
Technology Upgradation & Automation Improvement
▪ Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies and automation solutions to
improve plant efficiency and product quality.
▪ Support modernization and capacity enhancement projects as required.
Reporting & Documentation
▪ Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on plant technical performance,
breakdowns, and maintenance activities.
▪ Maintain proper documentation of maintenance records, energy data, and compliance
reports
