-Major Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation of BOQ and tender documents
Compile and maintain tender and Business Development records
Coordinate with vendors/manufacturers for quotations and specifications
Prepare vendor comparisons and maintain pricing data
Update and manage tender trackers and reports in MS Excel
Follow up on submissions and ensure timely documentation
Support the team with coordination and communication activities
-SKills :
. Basic BOQ and tender process knowledge
• Tender and BD documentation handling
• Vendor coordination and follow-up
• Vendor comparison and pricing management
• MS Excel proficiency (data, trackers, reports)
• Good communication and coordination skills
