-Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop, plan, and execute a comprehensive monthly social media content strategy, with a strong emphasis on short-form and trend-driven content.
• Conceptualize and produce high-quality visual and video content aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Manage and optimize the company’s social media platforms to enhance visibility, reach, and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with internal creative teams to design compelling digital assets and campaigns.
• Build, manage, and nurture online communities, ensuring timely interaction and engagement with followers.
• Identify, curate, and promote user-generated content (UGC) to strengthen brand credibility and customer connection.
• Establish and manage relationships with influencers, including campaign execution, coordination, and ROI tracking.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to dealers and partners to enhance their digital presence and content capabilities.

• Strong expertise in social media content creation, particularly video-based platforms (e.g., reels, shorts, TikTok-style content).
• Proven experience in social media management, content planning, and execution.
