-Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Digital-First Brand & Marketing Strategy
• Define and execute a digital-first marketing and branding strategy across all touchpoints
• Strengthen Brilliant’s brand positioning using modern platforms, formats, and narratives
• Ensure consistency across digital, offline, product packaging, and corporate communication
2. Social Media & Performance Marketing Leadership
• Own strategy and execution for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Plan and oversee reels, short-form videos, carousels, influencer campaigns, and paid media
• Work with designers, creators, and agencies to deliver high-quality content
• Track performance using analytics tools and optimize campaigns based on data
3. Content, Community & Engagement
• Define content pillars aligned with brand values, products, and audience behavior
• Drive engagement through storytelling, campaigns, and community interaction
• Stay updated with platform algorithms, trends, and new digital tools
4. Brand, Packaging & Creative Direction
• Lead creative direction for product packaging, catalogs, digital creatives, and corporate materials
• Ensure modern aesthetics, brand relevance, and visual consistency
• Encourage innovation in design, messaging, and content formats
5. Sales & Growth Enablement
• Support sales teams with digital assets, campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives
• Align marketing output with business growth priorities and channel needs
• Collaborate closely with corporate, project, distribution, and online sales teams
6. Performance Indicators (Indicative)
• Brand visibility and engagement growth across platforms
• Performance of digital campaigns (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, ROI)
• Consistency and quality of brand communication across touchpoints
• Timeliness and effectiveness of campaign execution
• Contribution to lead generation and sales enablement
• Innovation in content formats and campaign ideas
• Coordination effectiveness with sales and internal teams
-Experience & Qualification Requirements
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Formal education may be flexible for candidates with strong hands-on digital expertise
Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, branding, or social-media-led roles
• Proven hands-on experience with:
◦ Social media platforms and ad managers
◦ Performance marketing and analytics tools
◦ Content-driven and influencer-based campaigns
• Experience in consumer brands, B2B brands, or high-growth environments preferred

• Strong understanding of modern social media platforms, trends, and tools

Role Purpose
The Manager – Brand & Marketing is responsible for defining and executing Brilliant’s overall brand, marketing, and digital growth strategy. The role focuses on building a strong, modern, digital-first brand presence that supports business growth across consumer, project, and B2B channels, while ensuring consistency, performance tracking, and long-term brand equity.
-Role Scope:
• This is a strategic and execution-owning leadership role for brand and marketing
• Owns digital-first marketing strategy, content direction, and performance marketing outcomes
• Responsible for brand consistency across products, packaging, communication, and platforms
• Decision-making authority over marketing campaigns, content strategy, creative direction, and channel prioritization (within approved budgets)
• Does not own direct sales targets, but is accountable for marketing-led growth enablement and brand impact
• Scope may expand to team building, agency management, and multi-brand oversight as the organization grows
