*Location: Butwal, Nepal
*Education: Bachelor complete
*Experience: 2 Years of experience as a Sales Executivr in Small Home Appliances/Electronic/Food/FMCG/Channels/Distribution or relevant industry
Key Responsibilities:– Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
– Manage and strengthen relationships with dealers.
– Identify and onboard new dealers to expand distribution
– Follow up on leads and conduct regular market visits
– Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collections
– Handle customer/dealer complaints in coordination with the service team
Key Requirements:– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
– 2 years of experience in field sales (FMCG / Electronics / Channels/Distributors)
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
– Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting
