-Key Responsibilities
• Develop and optimize rubber compounding formulations (EPDM, Neoprene, Natural Rubber, etc.).
• Monitor and improve manufacturing processes for quality and efficiency.
• Conduct material testing and quality control of raw materials and finished products.
• Analyze production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant national and international quality standards.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain production records.
• Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and R&D teams.
-Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Manufacturing experience in rubber, polymer, or chemical industries will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of rubber compounding, polymer chemistry, or quality control is preferred.
