*Experience:3-4 years of experience as an Account Associate/Executive or relevant position in hotel or relevant industry
-Key Responsibilities:
Manage Daily Accounting Tasks: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including income, expenses, and payments.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
Reconciliation: Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all accounts are balanced.
Billing & Invoicing: Handle guest billing, vendor payments, and other transactions in a timely manner.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets and forecasts to ensure financial goals are met.
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
Audit Support: Assist with both internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
-Qualifications & Requirements:
Relationship Management skills
Proficient in using Ms-Word, Excel and Property Management System IDS or Similar Software.
Experience in managing key accounts and meeting given targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
