*Experience: fresher & experienced both are encouraged to apply.
-Responsibilities
Visit every building with elevators/ escalators requirement
Collect data of client & product
Need to raise enquiry for modernization sales
Need to participate on survey of existing product
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Identify and engage potential customers, architects, contractors and developers.
Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining profitability.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
-Qualifications
Understanding of elevator technology and installation processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel and adapt to market changes.
Results-driven and team player mindset.
