*Position: Sales Executive
*Location: Birgunj & Biratnagar
*Salary : Negotiable
Education: Bachelor’s degree completed in Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
*Experience: Fresher & Experienced both are encouraged to apply
-Major Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities and leads for lift/elevator sales in the assigned territory.
• Identify potential customers, projects, builders, consultants, contractors and business partners.
• Conduct client visits, presentations and meetings to understand requirements and promote lift solutions.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team for appropriate lift proposals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Follow up on leads, quotations and negotiations to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with the technical, installation and accounts teams for smooth execution of confirmed orders.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client visits, quotations, sales pipeline and follow-ups.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new project opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by the management.
• Provide regular sales updates and reports to the reporting manager.
• Perform other sales and business development activities assigned by the reporting manager

• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Good business development and lead-generation skills.
• Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and sales reporting. Technical knowledge of lifts/elevators is an advantage.
