“URGENT REQUIREMENTS” Civil Engineer for leading Concrete Industry of Nepal in Pokhara.

*Position: Civil Engineer
*Number: 1
*Salary: 30-35k
*Education: At least bachelor complete
*Experience: At least 2 year’s in relevant field
*Working Location: Pokhara,Nepal

-Civil Engineer Responsibilities:

• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
• Managing, designing, developing, creating and maintaining construction projects
• Conducting on-site investigations and analyzing data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
• Assessing potential risks, materials and costs
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy
technical specifications
• Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
• Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials. Preparing BOQ.
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver
technical files and other technical documentation as required

-Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Proven working experience in civil engineering
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D
or similar
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory
approvals etc.
• Project management and supervision skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
