*Education: CA/Semi-CA/BBA/BBS
*Working Location: Bharatpur ,Chitwan
*Experience: At least 3 year as an officer level in relevant field

–Job Description:

1.Review the postings, payments, revenue and guest balance reports on a daily basis.
2.General Ledger reconciliation along with bank and creditors.
3.If any imbalance or difference found on the ledger then co-ordinate with the PMS team to resolving the same.
4.Calculate and distribute wages and salaries.
5.Maintains files of all contracts, insurance policies, tax reports, expenses, payroll, etc.
6.Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over
7.Finance Department activities.
8.Verify recorded transactions and report irregularities to supervisor.
9.Forecasting cash payments and anticipating challenges arising from limited cash flow.
