*Education: At least +2 complete

*Experience: Freshers & experienced both are encouraged to apply.

Job Description:

● Collection:

– Reconcile and Collect the amount and returned products from a delivery agent

– Update the status and payment in the delivery sheet and submit the cash to Accounts.

● Communication and Coordination:

– Maintain constant communication with delivery riders regarding the issues during the delivery.

– Collaborate with the warehouse and sorting team to ensure the availability and proper handling of packages.

● Quality Assurance:

– Ensure that packages are properly labeled, documented, and secure after receiving from the delivery agent..

– Follow set procedures to address any mismatch, damages, or missing items on time.

● Process Improvement:

– Collaborate with the operations team to implement changes and smooth workflows.

– Provide feedback and suggestions for improving delivery

operations, routing, and customer experience.

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or

certifications in logistics or related fields is a plus

– Familiarity with basic computer operations and proficiency in using dispatching software or systems.

– Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per operational requirements
