“URGENT REQUIREMENTS” Warehouse incharge for Hardware Product Wholeseller of Kathmandu in Gyaneshower, Kathmandu.
–Details:
*Position: Warehouse Incharge
*Number: 1
*Salary: 20000-30000
*Location: Gyaneshower, Kathmandu
*Education: At least BBS/BBA/BBM/BA/BSW Complete.
*Working Time: 9:30am-5:30pm
*Experience: At least 2 year in relevant field
-Job Descripton:
1. People Management and Leadership Skill
2. Act as a “culture developer” to establish the learning culture in My Space
3.Develop, plan and organize various events in Warehouse department to foster engagement activities
4.Maintain Warehouse team through planning, monitoring and appraising performance;
5.Develop Warehouse team by providing relevant training and skill development through experiential growth opportunities
-Inventory Management:
1.Set up layout and ensure efficient space utilization
2.Manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies
3.Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
4.Manage stock control and reconcile with inventory management system;
5.Coordination and Communication
6.Liaise with clients and dispatch team for timely delivery of materials;
7.Develop daily roster for the purpose of product delivery;
8.Develop daily sheet to maintain records of the delivery conducted;
–Reporting Skill:
1.Create and present monthly inventory reports;
2.Track inventory data of warehouse team and create detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to Senior Management;
-SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Proficient knowledge of warehouse Procedure and Policy;
Outstanding Communication Skills (Telephone, Verbal and Social Media);
Proficient in MS Office Products (Office, Excel, PowerPoint);
Reporting Skill:
