“URGENT REQUIREMENTS” Training & Development Officer for Distribution Company(Hardware Product) in Gyaneshower,Kathmandu.
–Details:
*Position: Training & Development Officer
*Number: 1
*Salary: Negotiable
*Location: Gyaneshower, Kathmandu
*Education: At least Master Complete.
*Working Time: 9:30am-5:30pm
*Experience: At least 1-2 year’s in relevant field(prefer HR Field)
-Job Descriptions:
1. Liaising with supervisors, managers, and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs.
2. Initiate relevant T&D programs for employees- existing and new at all levels in the organization
3. Designing and assessing training programs using relevant media and preparing an annual T&D schedule for the employee, after discussions with the concerned parties
4. Record T&D requirements for employees within their area of responsibility, review existing programs and resources to check if they can facilitate the T&D requirements
5. Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees.
6. Compiling and presenting information
7. Implementing, advising on, and monitoring appraisal schemes
8. Ensuring employees receive statutory required training
