1.Develop and implement the company’s social media strategy
2.Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram)
3.Create and publish original content for the company’s social media accounts
4.Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
5.Track and analyze the success of social media campaigns and provide regular reports to management
6.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies
7.Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule
8.Collaborate with other departments to develop social media campaigns that support overall marketing efforts
9.Monitor and protect the company’s reputation online
10.Perform research on competitors’ social media strategies and best practices
