Experience: At least 1 years of experience as a Billing Executive or relevant position
Job Description:
- Invoicing customers for goods and services. Updating data in Swastik and CRM simultaneously.
- Check invoices for discrepancies in price, quantity and items.
- Issued monthly statements, keep customers files updated with current invoices, bills and contact information.
- Drafting pro forma bills, updating records, and collaborating with other employees in their department.
- Responsible for issuing of debit and credit notes while updating for sales return or rate mismatch of customers.
- Debit note credit note for all sales returns and ensuring entry verification in VAT and Internal accounts.
- Facilitate timely audits for stock and invoicing related functions.
- Order processing – Ensure a smooth processing of orders received with order rationalization, payment followup and smooth billing.
- Outstanding order clearance to ensure no pending orders in system
