“URGENT REQUIREMENT” Account & Finance Manager for manufacturing company in Bharatpur,Chitwan.

*Education: At least BBA/BBS or Semi-CA
Experience: At least 3 year’s of experience in relevant field as an Account Officer/Senior Accountant
*Working Location: Bharatpur,Chitwan
-Job Description:
1. Should be able to prepare cash, bank, and journal voucher and make entries in accounting software
2. Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
3. Reconciling bank accounts on a monthly basis
4. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
5. Prepare financial statements and analysis.
6. Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
7. Supervise accounting department, junior employees, and accounting assistants.
8. Prepare financial statements and produce a budget, according to schedule.
9. Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
10. Preparing a plan for monthly cash flow and report to seniors
11. Coordinating and developing internal auditing processes.
12. Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
13. Liaise with the company account & finance manager to improve financial procedures
-Job Specification:
1. Attended final examination of Chartered Accountancy or completed the intermediate level of Chartered Accountancy course from a recognized institute or Bachelors or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant subject.
2. At least 3 years of proven experience as an account officer, or senior accountant.
3. Should have good knowledge of internal audits, tax audits & preparation of financial statements.
4. Should have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tally & other Accounting Software.
