Education: At least bachelor complete
Location: Baneshower & Lazimpat Kathmandu
Experience: At least 3 years of experience as an Account Officer in relevant industries.
Job Description:
- Regular Update of books of accounts
- Timely processing of refunds
- Preparation of Dr Note
- Analysis of payable ageing
- Update of vendor sheet on each purchase
- Settlement of advances in books of accounts and notifying of pending advances to the concerned person and their line managers
- Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation
- Assist in internal and external audits
- Obtain confirmation from the parties for year end and final settlements
- Preparation and filing of VAT and TDS returns
- Book closing and tax clearance
- Monthly P& L Reporting
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation Reports
- Good Communication and coordination skill
