1.Specialisation in Housekeeping, Food and Beverage service
2.Planning and organising accommodation, catering and other hotel services
3.Setting and achieving sales and profit targets
4.Analysing sales figures and devising marketing and revenue management strategies
5.Recruiting, training and monitoring staff
6,Planning work schedules for individuals and teams
7.Meeting and greeting customers
8,Dealing with customer complaints and comments
9.Addressing problems and troubleshooting
10.Ensuring events and conferences run smoothly
11 .Supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings
12.Dealing with contractors and suppliers
13.Ensuring security is effective
14.Carrying out inspections of property and services
