*Position: Account & Finance Head

*Education: Chartered Accountant
*Location: Telu, Kathmandu
*Experience: At least 5 year’s in relevant field

–Skills & Knowledge:

– Project management
– Manage people and coordinate with different stakeholders in construction sites
– Experience with maintaining positive relationships with institutional businesses and government agencies
– Good Communication Skills (Written + Verbal)
– Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with all levels in the organization
– Good Analytical Skills

-Job Descriptions:

Should have been involved in Accounts finalization and full audit works.
o Monthly cash management, accounting for all costs according to company regulations, cash flow projections and budgets
o Liaise with the bank and suppliers to improve efficiency of operations
o To Prepare Balance sheet (with full details as per statutory required)
o Monthly MIS review, analysis and reporting
o Advance Tax computation and Verification of Advance tax computation sheet
o Compliance to Statutory requirement
o Review of day to day transactions including approving bills, loans etc.
o Debtors ageing review & improve status of same.
o Stock Ageing review & improve status of same.
o Entire logistics management including local & international transport, custom clearing & other allied works.
o Should be able to lead a team of minimum 10-12 sub-ordinates.
o Should be process oriented and should be able to create and implement best practices and processes.
o Should be well versed with MS office applications, specially MS- Excel & Tally software.
o Flexible in job timing as per work requirements.
o Flexible to travel at branch offices as per requirement.
o Should be able to take ownership of their work & should be result oriented.
