*Experience: At least 4 year’s of experience for CA & 7-8 year’s of experience for MBA/MBS/Semi-CA in hospitality sector
– Job Description:
1. CFO is responsible for providing leadership. direction and management of finance and accounting functions Hospitality units of Chaudhary Group.
2. CFO should lead a Team of Finance Managers across Hospitality to maintain true and correct picture of finance for each business and ensuring the team is maintaining necessary books ot Accounts, records and MiS system so as to generate Reports and Returns in conformity with the Accounting Standards.
3. Besides managing the finance and accounting functions, he/she should also focus on process improvement and strengthening internal controls, advising and supporting the BUH on margin improvement, leading cost reduction programs of the units, financial forecasting and budgeting, financial reporting, establishing the relationship with top management and be a business partner to the BUH while working in full tandem with the Hospitality at the Corporate Office.
