Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a civil site engineer
Job Description:
- ealing with change orders, delays, variation orders, price adjustment, bonus, Lab tests etc
- Submission of every interim payment certificates for payment
- Receiving instructions from the client/ consultant/ engineer and taking action on time
- Immediate information to the Project Manager of Head office for any obstruction to the progress of the work
- Planning and allocating right people to the right place
- Conducting weekly site meeting
- Submit monthly work progress report within seven days of next month to Project Manager in the head office.
- Ensure implementation of construction activity in line with the design and budget formulated by the organization.
- Provide timely and accurate information to account department and site managers/supervisors.
- Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site and ensure that all materials used and works performed are in accordance with the specifications.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Plan the work and efficiently organize the site in order to meet agreed deadlines
- Undertaking of necessary surveys.
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
- Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency and implementation to those improvements.
