*Position: Depo Incharge (Store Incharge/Account Officer)
*Number: 1
*Salary: 25-30k
*Education: At least bachelor complete
*Working Location: Sanepa, Lalitpur
* Experience: At least 2 year’s of experience as a Officer level in Store /Account/Warehouse or relevant field
–Job Responsibility:
• Prepare and Manage invoices properly by following company’s Policies and procedures
• Re-view and verify orders before processing by developing good communication skills with dispatch team members
• Updates the stock and order sheet to production manager on a daily basis whether the product is excess or required
• Handle the complaints by evaluating the appropriate action to solve billings issues in a timely and efficient manner by coordinating with management
• Bring new possibilities to reduce billings issues by interacting with management on billings queries; queries on rate change, about vat/excise on product, bill discount
• VAT/EXCISE Bookkeeping to maintain company’s sales record on day-to-day operation
• Prepare credit note by coordinating with stock accountant when goods are returned or mistakes occur in original bill
• Manage all Billing related files in the office database mainly invoices, VCTS files, VAT registers
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Director or Manager
-Other Requirement:
1.Sound knowledge in MS Office system. 2. Must be around and near Sanepa (within 6 kms range from Star Hospital) 3. Must have two wheeler along with driving liscence.
