Location: Sallaghari, Bhaktapur
Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a electrical engineer in pharmaceutical or any manufacturing industry
-JD:
Monitor technical group (Electrical and Mechanical) and solving related (MEP) problems.
Repair and maintenance of overall production machine and water treatment plant.
Repairing different types of machine whether it has mechanical or electrical faults.
Analyzed over all plant for reducing maintenance cost and breakdown time.
Prepare and review electrical SOPs and checklists.
Perform electrical testing and assessments of new and repaired systems to ensure quality and
acceptable parameters of the equipment.
Read and interpret electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
Perform systematic troubleshooting and fault diagnosis for the equipment.
Attend on call/ preventive/ corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical
equipment and systems in a safe and cost-effective manner.
Installation and communication of liquid filling and sealing machine online plant.
Installation of new Effluent treatment Plant (ETP) for wastewater treatment.
Perform work in accordance with the SOPs and general policies.
Adhere to the general and pharmaceutical safety procedures all the time.
Report any unsafe conditions or hazards and participate in eliminating or mitigating the risk.
