-Job Description:
1. Microsoft Dynamics and SAP ERP System Functional Support.
a. Knowledge of implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of the ERP software.
b. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in ERP technology to drive continuous improvement.
2. Integration and Data Integrity:
a. Ensure seamless integration of the ERP software with other business systems and applications.
b. Oversee data migration and data cleansing efforts to maintain accurate and consistent data across the ERP system and related systems.
3. Process Optimization:
a.Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization using the ERP software.
b. Streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
4. Customization and Upgrades:
a. Manage system customizations, configurations, and upgrades to align with changing business needs.
b. Coordinate with software vendors or development teams for any required custom development.
6. Security and Compliance:
a. Implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard sensitive business data within the ERP system.
b. Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.
7. Reporting and Analytics:
a. Design and generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into business performance and trends.
b. Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and develop solutions accordingly.
8. User Training and Support:
a. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for users to ensure effective utilization of the ERP software.
b. Provide timely support and assistance to users encountering system-related issues.
