-Key Responsibilities for Account & Finance Manager:
*Manage day-to-day accounting operations, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
*Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support business growth.
*Monitor and control costs, pricing, margins, and SKU-level profitability.
*Supervise inventory accounting and ensure accurate valuation and reconciliation.
*Ensure compliance with tax laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
*Oversee cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions.
*Manage internal and external audits and implement internal controls.
*Coordinate with sales, procurement, and operations teams to align financial planning.
*Lead, train, and manage the finance and accounts team.
-Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
*Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA) is an advantage.
*Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in FMCG or similar sectors.
*Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cost control, and inventory management.
*Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP).
*Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
-Preferred Skills:
*Experience with trade promotions, distributor finance, and supply chain costing.
*Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
*Commercial acumen and strategic financial thinking.
