-Job Description:
• Identifying various sources of talent acquisition such as campus hiring, job portals, social media, internal mobility, role enhancements etc.,
• Advertises all vacancies on the internal job portal.
• Ensures timely disbursement of offer / intent letters, pre-employment formalities, appointment, confirmation, role enhancement letters to the employees concerned.
• Assists the Human resources head in identifying various strategies to retain talent within the company to minimize attrition, especially frontline.
• Identifying & developing strategies to increase gender diversity at the hotel level & attain the targets communicated.
• Ensures that an employee’s entry and exit formalities are followed as per the laid down processes.
• Implements & monitors performance management systems and process for Executives, Staff & Fixed term contract at the unit level in line with guidelines specified by Corporate Human resources.
• Ensures that goal sating is conducted for Executives every year as per the process.
• Participates and facilitate performance reviews and potential assessment processes.
• Tracks and ensures timely closure of appraisals of fixed term contract employees and staff level employees.
• Conducts the annual payroll budget exercise & incorporate various costs related to wages, benefits, bonus, leave encashment, deputed staff expenses, wage settlements wherever applicable, employee food costs, welfare costs etc. with the corporate guideline.
• Communicates various benefits applicable to various cadre of employees during the on boarding / talent acquisition process.
• Adheres to the provisions laid out in the benefits manual & staff policies & procedures manual /handbook.
• Administers of monthly salaries and benefits in a timely manner
• Administers of various employee related facilities such as staff dining, staff accommodation, ladies night drop, Lockers and restrooms, Employee transportation as per the laid down standards.
• Communication with employees through various communication channels such as Town hall meetings, Notice boards, e-mails, departmental meetings
•Conduct various employment engagement / Joy @ work activates to maintain an energised workforce and employee wellbeing.
•Reviews redressed of grievances received through various platforms in a timely manner.
•Administers of the STARS (Employee of the Month)- Special Thanks and Recognition System.
•Follows any other Reward and Recognition program as per practice at the hotel level.
•Administrates of disciplinary procedures in accordance with the statute or provisions of the standing orders in case of any misconduct, acts of negligence, acts of moral turpitude etc. with corporate guidance.
