Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an Inventory Officer in Depo or other fields.
Job Description
- Timely correspondence and accounting of all receipt and issue of goods implementing FIFO/LIFO
- Timely information of near to expiring products and slow-moving products
- Use SAP ERP for every process and reporting of regular nature
- Timely notification about non – saleable goods
- Prepare daily stock report
- Promote and Monitor Good Housekeeping Practice
- Daily physical reconciliation of stocks with software
- Prepare Party Billing
- Process Order request from factory
- Daily party follow-ups
- Cash and cheque Deposits
- Stock In/Out entry in software
- Other task as assigned by supervisor/ Management
- Competency/ Knowledge/ Skills:
