-Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement, Education & Coaching
• Proactively approach and engage adult smokers/tobacco users visiting the store or
brand zones.
• Explain IQOS, ZYN and other portfolio products in simple, clear and responsible
language.
• Conduct 1:1 and small-group coaching sessions – device handling, product usage,
care, and FAQs.
• Tailor the conversation to each customer’s current habits, motivations, and concerns
(e.g., smoke, smell, convenience, social settings).
• Ensure every interaction reflects premium service standards and category
responsibility.
2. Product Trials, Onboarding & Conversion
• Run guided trials and demos with eligible adult consumers as per company
guidelines.
• Support customers through onboarding steps: registration, product pairing, first use,
and troubleshooting.
• Build trust and follow a consultative sales approach to drive conversion from trial to
purchase, without aggressive or irresponsible selling.
• Clearly explain price points, variants, strengths (for ZYN) and available
bundles/offers.
3. Relationship Management & Follow-Up
• Maintain and update customer records, contact details and purchase history in the
designated tools/CRM.
• Conduct structured follow-up calls/messages after trial and purchase to support
adoption and address concerns.
• Encourage repeat purchases and loyalty via service, education and ongoing
engagement rather than discounts alone.
• Capture feedback and relay consumer insights (likes, dislikes, barriers) to the IQOS
Manager and leadership team regularly.
4. Store Operations, Merchandising & Daily Discipline
• Handle in-store sales, billing, invoicing and payment processes as per company
SOPs.
• Ensure stock availability, correct product display and implementation of any in-store
promotions.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards – clean, premium and aligned with global
IQOS/ZYN guidelines.
• Support basic inventory management: stock count expiry checks, and timely
replenishment requests.
5. Events, Activations & Off-Site Engagement
• Participate in off-site events, activations, club activities, and promotional campaigns,
as planned by the IQOS Manager and marketing team.
• Set up and manage brand kiosks/booths, ensuring professional representation at all
times.
• Confidently interact with high-profile guests, partners and venue teams in a polished,
respectful manner.
• Capture basic activation data and leads and submit them on time.
6. Reporting, Compliance & Continuous Learning
• Submit daily and weekly reports covering footfall, trials, conversions, repeat
purchases and key consumer feedback.
• Strictly follow all regulatory, age-verification and category guidelines (no engagement
with underage or non-target consumers).
• Attend training sessions (product, regulatory, sales skills) andand proactively keep
knowledge updated.
• Escalate any issues, complaints or compliance risks immediately to the IQOS
Manager and leadership.
-Experience & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or any relevant field).
• Experience in Sales/CS/PR Executive /Campaign/Event Officer or sales, retail, hospitality, aviation, or customer-facing
roles.
• Confident, persuasive personality with the ability to educate, influence and build
trust.
