Experience: At least 3 years experience as an IT Supervisor in Hospital or relevant industry
Job Description:
1. Constructing and implementing plans to ensure the company’s network continues to operate smoothly in the event of a problem
2. Staying up to date with new network technology and reporting this information to the executive team 3. Creating rational strategies for upgrading the company’s network software whenever a new update is available
4. Developing new network troubleshooting strategies to help reduce downtime and decrease maintenance costs
5. Train employees to use software and hardware; troubleshoot issues and provide technical support when needed
6. Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
7. Track and maintain hardware and software inventory.
