Experience: At least 3 years in relevant field as an officer level
–Job Description:
1.Recruitment:
• Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Prepare SLC and Offer letter

On Boarding:
• Develop and implement onboarding programs to help new hires integrate into the company culture and their new roles effectively.
• Conduct New Joinee Feedback report every quarter

Off Boarding:
• Oversee the off-boarding process, including conducting exit interviews and managing the final payroll and benefits process.
• Maintain Exit Tracker

Performance Management:
• Quarterly Collect KPI and Review with HoDs
• Prepare Performance Improvement Plan
• Conduct Performance Appraisal process at the end of the Fiscal Year
• Conduct Quarterly Performance day within 20th of each month

Timely claim settlement of vendors:
• Prepare prospective payment list based on job order and purchase order
• Follow up timely collection , submission of bills from vendors complete set of documents within 30 days of completion of Job/ Service
• Cross verification of bills and supporting documents for conformation of qualification for payment
• Coordinate with account for payment within 45 days and ensure the vendor have received the payment

Report:
• Prepare and forward Monthly MIS report (HR Manpower strength/Recruitment/Exit Tracker/Training MIS)
• Prepare HR Budget at the end of the FY

Employee Engagement Activities:
• Monthly Plan and Execute employee Engagement activities
Monthly
Emotional Intelligence, Leadership skills, Adaptability and Coordination

Learning and Development:
• Monthly Plan and Execute Training Program
• Compile Training Feedback and share with Management
• Training MIS and Individual Training Tracker

Attendance:
• Forward Attendance summary for payroll monthly
10
Employee Welfare and Grievances Handling:
• Conduct Monthly employee survery
• Do weekly goodwill calls
