*Position: Project Sales Officer/Manager *Salary: Negotiable *Location: Kathmandu,Nepal *Education: At least Bachelor Complete *Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Project Sales Officer in Paints Company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned geography.
2. Identify new sales opportunities through large construction sites and ongoing projects
3. Build rapport with stakeholders like contractors, builders, architects, painter and interior
designers to create a consistent pipeline of projects.
4. Collaborate with dealers and ensure material availability for ongoing projects
5. Participate in sales presentations and meetings with clients to understand their needs.
6. Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating with internal teams and clients.
7. Develop project scopes and objectives to ensure feasibility and on-time completion
8. Analyze market data to identify sales trends and address gaps.
9. Work proactively to achieve monthly and annual sales targets while expanding market
share
10. Provide regular reports on project progress and sales performance
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the paint or construction industry.
• Strong networking and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management and CRM tools.
