-Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the migration from CRM and Swastik to the new ERP system.
Analyze, clean, and map customer data to create a consolidated, accurate customer database within ERP.
Design and maintain customer mapping processes to support segmentation, profiling, and business insights.
Develop and maintain advanced performance reports (e.g., sales, finance, operational KPIs) for management.
Utilize advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, Power Query, macros, etc.) for in-depth data analysis and reporting.
Work closely with various departments to understand reporting needs and develop tailored MIS solutions.
Customize and configure ERP dashboards to ensure critical data is easily accessible and actionable.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout migration and regular operations.
Provide user training and continuous support to ensure effective adoption of ERP and MIS tools.
Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and consultants for system improvements and upgrades.
Maintain compliance with company data policies and support backup and disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience with ERP systems and MIS, including data migration, system administration, and reporting.
Proven expertise in advanced Excel (pivot tables, charts, Power Query, macros/VBA, data models, etc.).
Strong skills in data analysis, customer data mapping, and business reporting.
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
Strong understanding of business processes across sales, finance, inventory, and operations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
