B. Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
• Develop and implement national sales strategies aligned with brand objectives focusing on the channel development.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual volume and revenue targets.
2. Demand Forecasting & Sales Planning
• Forecast product demand and sales forecast based on seasonal trends and market data.
• Align sales execution with supply chain to ensure product availability.
3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Track sales performance using analytics tools and CRM systems.
• Present data-driven insights, market challenges, and recommendations to the BUH.
4. Channel Development & Market Penetration
• Expand and manage dealer and distributor networks to enhance market reach.
• Identify and develop tailored strategies for underperforming or untapped markets.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Coordinate with finance, supply chain, logistics, and operations for seamless product availability and timely delivery.
• Work with the marketing team to execute promotions, schemes, and brand visibility activities.
6. Dealer Network Development
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across regions and channels.
• Conduct market research to support strategic planning and sales expansion.
7. Promotions & Incentive Management
• Plan and implement trade promotions, schemes, and incentive programs to stimulate sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and brand visibility.
8. Team Development & Performance Management
• Provide coaching, training, and support to sales personnel for improved field productivity.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the team members focusing on the result-driven performance.
• Set clear KPIs and review performance regularly to ensure alignment with departmental goals.
9. Data Analytics
• Utilize sales analytics to track trends, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and optimize selling strategies.
