*Experience: 3 Years of experience as a Purchase Head or relevant position in any relevant industry

-Identify and onboard reliable, cost-effective suppliers while fostering strong vendor relationships to negotiate favorable terms and ensure strategic sourcing and quality assurance.
– Ensure compliance with quality specifications before approving any purchase orders, in alignment with the Quality team, for all purchased goods
– Synchronize procurement activities with inventory levels and production schedules to avoid understocking or overstocking. – Enforce housekeeping standards across the office space
– Conduct regular market analysis and benchmark prices across vendors and regions. Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate better terms/ deal
– Coordinate with vendors, banks, customs agents, to ensure smooth processing of orders, delivery schedules, and required documentation. Ensure all customs and logistics requirements are met for timely delivery
