Job Description:
- Quality Systems Management:Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance systems in compliance with regulatory guidelines (FDA, WHO, GMP).
Ensure the factory adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Compliance and Audits:Lead internal and external audits, including inspections from regulatory authorities.
Ensure documentation, processes, and products meet all necessary quality standards.
Product Quality and Release:Oversee the quality of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
Coordinate with the production and laboratory teams for quality checks at every stage of the manufacturing process.
Approve or reject products and materials that do not meet standards.
Documentation and Reporting:Maintain proper documentation for all QA activities (batch records, deviations, non-conformances, etc.).
Prepare reports and analysis on product performance and compliance metrics.
Continuous Improvement:Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the QA department.
Evaluate and refine quality control procedures for better efficiency and compliance.
Team Leadership and Training:Manage and train the QA team on quality policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
Foster a culture of quality across departments.
Risk Management:Identify potential quality risks and implement mitigation plans.
Address customer complaints, recalls, and product quality issues
