*Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience as a sales/customer service or relevant position in relevant industry
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Support:
o Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets. o Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
o Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and payments.
• Customer Service:
o Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
o Provide product information, pricing details, and support to customers.
o Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Quotation & Documentation:
o Prepare accurate quotations based on client requirements and company pricing policies
o Ensure all quotations are documented and tracked for future reference.
o Follow up on quotations sent to convert into confirmed sales
• Order Management:
o Coordinate with the production/warehouse team for timely dispatch and delivery.
o Verify and confirm orders received from clients before processing.
• Reporting:
o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
o Provide feedback on customer trends and product demand to the sales team.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Experience: 1–2 years in sales, customer service, or related roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and quotations.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
