-Responsibilities
 Visit every building with elevators/ escalators requirement
 Collect data of client & product
 Need to raise enquiry for modernization sales
 Need to participate on survey of existing product
 Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
 Identify and engage potential customers, architects, contractors and developers.
 Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining profitability.
 Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
-Qualifications
 Understanding of elevator technology and installation processes.
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
 Willingness to travel and adapt to market changes.
 Results-driven and team player mindset.
