Experience: At least 4-5 years of experience as an Assistant Sales Manager in an Agro Company (prefer FMCG, Dairy industry or relevant industry)
Job Description:
- Proactively promote the company’s range of meat and egg products to retail clients in the market.
Identify potential opportunities for product placement and expand market reach through effective sales strategies. - Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and approach new clients and business opportunities to expand the company’s sales network.
- Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales performance and implement strategies for increasing revenue.
- Deliver in-depth product knowledge, including pricing, nutritional details, and usage recommendations, to clients to ensure informed purchasing decisions.
- Offer tailored recommendations to clients based on their specific needs, contributing to higher customer satisfaction.
- Actively promote the company’s meat and egg product brand in the market through promotional activities.
- Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and in-store promotions to increase product visibility and drive brand awareness.
Job Specifications:
Proven experience in sales, ideally within the FMCG, food, or poultry industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently meet sales targets.
Candidates with Knowledge of meat and egg products are preferred.
