Purchase & Sales Management
Maintain accurate records of all purchase and sales transactions.
Ensure timely billing, invoicing, and entry updates.
VAT Management
Handle VAT calculations, record-keeping, and compliance.
TDS Management
Ensure proper deduction, recording, and monthly reconciliation of TDS.
Payroll Management
Prepare monthly payroll, attendance reconciliation, and salary disbursement.
Stock, Transfer & Production Management
Maintain stock ledger, oversee stock transfer and production entries.
Coordinate with store and production teams for accurate inventory reports.
Bank Reconciliation Management
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements and ensure transaction accuracy.
Monthly Report Preparation
Generate P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and management reports.
Audit Documentation
Prepare and organize all required financial documents for internal and external audits.
VAT Filing
Ensure timely and accurate monthly VAT filing as per government norms.
Debtors & Vendor Management
Monitor receivables and payables.
Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments and vendor settlements.
Financial Planning
Manage financial planning for payment schedules, bank installments, salary, rent, office expenses, and operational costs.
