Job Description:
Social Media Management
- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling posts across multiple social media platforms.(e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Manage community interactions, responding promptly to messages, comments, and queries.
- Analyze social media performance and present monthly reports on key metrics, suggesting improvements based on data insights.
- Stay current on social media trends, implementing fresh strategies to enhance our brand presence.
Website Management
- Oversee website updates, including content management, product information, blog posts, and promotions.
- Ensure content aligns with SEO practices for better visibility and user experience.
- Monitor website performance (speed, accessibility, traffic), providing recommendations for enhancement.
- Regularly audit website content to ensure it is current, accurate, and aligned with brand messaging.
Daraz Platform Management
- Handle product listings on Daraz, ensuring accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing information.
- Manage Daraz orders, including tracking, processing, and coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
- Update promotional banners, offers, and discount codes on Daraz as per marketing plans.
- Analyze sales performance on Daraz, track metrics such as conversion rates and customer reviews, and suggest optimization strategies.
- Address customer inquiries on Daraz promptly, resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain positive ratings.
Content Creation
- Collaborate with design teams to create visuals, videos, and graphics for social media, website, and Daraz.
- Develop written content for posts, product descriptions, and promotional materials.
- Support campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions across all platforms.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track social media and website analytics using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Regularly monitor Daraz analytics to understand customer behavior, identify best-selling products, and recommend strategies to improve conversions.
